I am a Physical Preparation Coach (S&C) with experience at all levels of sport including UFC, Rugby Europe, UEFA, NCAA and Summer and Winter Olympics. I currently play the role of S&C coach of the Polish Rugby XV national team and until recently in the Polish men's and women's national team in weightlifting. I am co-founder and director of the Strength and Conditioning Education Center (SCEC) in Gdynia, co-founder and CSO at the International Rugby Strength and Conditioning Association (IRSCA) and co-founder of Weightlifting World Academy. As part of my doctoral project, I conduct research in the Department of Physiology at AWFis in Gdańsk. The topic of the paper is the influence of wave periodization on strength, hypertrophy and cognitive functions in young people. I am a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia where I received a Master's degree in Kinesiology. I am also a graduate of Goldey Beacom College (Bachelor of Business Administration) and Mercer County College (Exercise Science degree).
I gained my experience in the USA where I studied and worked as a physical training coach at Mercer County College, Temple University and the University of Redlands. I am a co-founder of the SCEC Motor Training School which is the only Polish course accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I am also the author of scientific publications and books on the subject of physical preparation.
I am the author of the bestselling books The X Aspects of Athlete's Physical Preparation, Secrets of Motor Training in Sport and 365 Advanced Training Tips.
Since 2013 I have a CSCS certificate from the NSCA. As the only Pole I am Registered by the NSCA as a Motor Preparation Trainer with distinction (NSCA — RSCC*D). It is a designation that indicates that a CSCS certified trainer has demonstrated experience and knowledge in his field for at least 10 years of continuous full-time work in team or individual sports. I am also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (PES) and the United Weightlifting Federation (USAW Level 1). Starting in the fall of 2025, I begin working as a professor at King's College (Pennsylvania, USA) in a new master's program in Performance and Sports Science with an emphasis on NSCA CPSS certification.
