He is passionate about strength training. This passion was born many years ago and led him to obtain a Master's degree in Physical Education from the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow and a postgraduate diploma in Sports Manager from the Jagiellonian University. Later professional work in the professional club sports club (MKS Muszynianka — women's volleyball) inspired him to develop in the direction of strength training. The result of this was obtaining further directional qualifications, including the certification of a personal trainer with sports nutrition. Of course, along with substantive knowledge went a practice that strengthened him in the belief that each successful metamorphosis of the client was his own metamorphosis.

In his professional work, he is looking for non-standard and innovative solutions. In this way, he has become a specialist in training using muscle electrostimulation (EMS), which he successfully implies to his clients. This synthesis of passion, personal development and pedagogical competence caused him to become one of the trainers of the Profi Academy. A trainer who is characterized by professionalism, extraordinary ease of establishing contacts and the ability to effectively convey substantive knowledge to his trainees from A to Z.

He fulfills himself on a daily basis as a personal trainer, EMS trainer and instructor of group fitness classes, better known as #trenerodAdoZ
