From an early age, sport has been my passion, and the search for harmony of body and mind has driven my life path. My fascination with a holistic approach to training, recovery and development has led me to unique experiences that I use today to help others reach their full potential. My 20-year adventure with martial arts, including Wing Tsun Kung Fu, resulted in a distinction in the form of admission as an apprentice by Chinese sifu master Kong Chi Keung in Hong Kong. Thanks to this, I had the opportunity to train with the best in this discipline in the world and deepen my knowledge at the very source.

Breathing has become another key pillar of my development. As a respiratory therapist, inventor and owner of three patents for innovative breathing devices, I have explored this area to perfection. I have completed more than 300 trainings in the field of breathing improvement, cooperating with special units and athletes at the highest championship level.

The search for balance and depth also led me to the practice of meditation. I had the privilege of honing my meditation skills under Rinpoche Tulku Lobsang, which added a spiritual dimension to my approach to human development.

My approach is multidimensional — from calisthenics and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, through the breathing techniques of Wim Hof and Patrick McKeown, to movement workshops with Ido Portal. Each of these fields brings unique tools that I combine to help my clients — from improving health and physical performance to strengthening the psyche and spirit.

My philosophy is a combination of continuous development, innovation and knowledge transfer. Fitness, mindful breathing and meditation are values that define me both professionally and privately, helping me inspire others to reach their own heights.
