Master Educator Balanced Body - one of the most prestigious Pilates schools in the world. Pilates teacher with many years of experience, gained, among others, in Belgium and the United States. She trained under Kelly McKinnon in Brussels and Nora St. John in the USA, and participated in countless conferences and courses throughout Europe and the world. Educator and mentor of Pilates adepts, conducting trainings and workshops in her Warsaw studio and throughout Poland.
Certified dancer, movement educator, actress of musical scenes. A graduate of the Anton Bruckner University in Linz, Austria, at the Faculty of Dance and Movement Pedagogy and Vocal and Ballet Studies in Gliwice. She worked in theaters in Poland and abroad, and thanks to her travels and the diverse environment in which she lived, she gathered a unique movement experience, which she decided to express as a Pilates teacher.
Her story came full circle and after years spent abroad she took her to Warsaw. In the center of the bustling capital, she opened a unique pilates and yoga studio ATStudio Varsavia, in which he and his team share his passion for movement with his clients and also train future Pilates teachers.
Each person is a separate fascinating story for her. He believes that everything that meets us in life is written in the body. During the Pilates session, Ania takes into account the current state of mind and physical capabilities of the trainee. It helps to overcome restrictions and blockages, and as a result - to draw out individual potential. Thanks to her holistic approach, she allows practitioners under her supervision to achieve complete harmony, which they then translate into their personal lives.
