Urogynecological physiotherapist, trainer Lagree, as well as ambassador of the Low Pressure Fitness training system in Poland.
Her 11-year experience working as a physiotherapist in the United States allowed her to deepen her knowledge and skills, which she now uses in working with patients in Poland.
In her professional practice, she focuses on working with movement, integrating elements of the Low Pressure Fitness method with strength training, which brings sensational health and aesthetic benefits to her patients.
She works in the office, in the training room, and is actively involved in the development of training for specialists in Poland in the field of Low Pressure Fitness, cooperating with instructors from LPF International from the United States and England.
Her main motivation for her work is the desire to help her patients, as well as building a wonderful community of LPF instructors in Poland.
She has created an online LPF training platform that allows women to access LPF classes regardless of their place of residence or level of advancement.
Her dream is for everyone in Poland to be convinced of the health benefits resulting from the practice of Low Pressure Fitness.
The first year of work in Poland showed that definitely the LPF method aroused great interest among both specialists and customers.
