EU4YA by tiguar is the largest congress for the fitness industry in this part of Europe. For 17 years we have been supporting the development of coaches, club owners, managers and lovers of physical activity. We educate, inspire, provide the latest tools. EU4YA is also a growing community, united by passion and a desire to grow.

The last edition set a new direction for the development of the event. An extensive schedule full of trainings and trainings, an expanded expo area with even more exhibitors and a brand new strength zone — all this attracted crowds and garnered enthusiastic feedback from the participants.
The Expo Hall pulsated with energy and emotions: from personal and strength training to physiotherapy issues. It was intense, inspiring and memorable.

“More” — under this slogan we started in a new place, at the Expo hall in Łódź. The new facility has presented us with new challenges and opened up ample opportunities to take EU4YA by tiguar to an even higher level.
There were more trainings, more lectures, more workshops and zones. And most of all — more participants, according to whom it was the best edition of our event. We are happy to surprise you more and more.

First edition after the pandemic! EU4YA has convinced us that we can meet again in person — all the more so since we started organizing the event while the restrictions were still in progress.
We took care of a varied program, in which for the first time we devoted so much space to medical issues in the work of the coach and instructor, which surprised the participants very positively. The high flights of this edition were completed by the launch of aerial by tiguar hammocks, which seduced many of us.
Online
EU4YA has not been able to stop even the pandemic. When the world stopped, we set up a special broadcast studio and broadcast online.
It was a huge challenge for us, but it gave us great new opportunities — lectures and trainings were given by guests from all over the world, including Tony Stone and James Nestor. And the participants had a chance to train without leaving home!

Yes, there will be a photographer and videographer at the event. So participants can count on beautiful memories in the form of photos and short videos.
Yes, each participant will receive an electronic certificate at the end of the event. The certificate will be made available after completing the evaluation questionnaire, which will help us prepare even better for future editions.
No, tickets are sent by email after purchase. It is enough to present them in electronic form at the venue of the event.
